Consider the saying, “But for the Grace of God go I.” When you encounter those less fortunate, take a moment to express your gratitude for your blessings and, if possible, extend kindness to them. Each act of generosity is noticed by the Universe, prompting a return of compassion and appreciation into your life. The goal is to maintain a high energy state; love and gratitude cannot coexist with anger, fear, or hatred.

If you sense a dip in your energy, reconnect with the power of gratitude. Here are some effective strategies:

  1. Cultivate a flow of thankfulness for whatever comes to mind and see how long you can sustain it.
  2. Engage in a daily meditation for 10-15 minutes to calm your thoughts and tap into the surrounding energy of gratitude.
  3. Visualize your desires clearly in your mind; what you project to the Universe will return to you multiplied.
  4. Keep a gratitude journal. Begin by acknowledging what you already possess. As you document positive reflections, you will naturally elevate your vibration and attract more positivity.

For instance, consider your health and list how your body serves you well.

Ho’oponopono: A Path to Healing

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice centered on reconciliation and forgiveness. It involves four powerful phrases: "I'm sorry," "Please forgive me," "Thank you," and "I love you." Reciting these phrases with intention can significantly raise your vibration and dispel negative energies from your aura.

Gratitude, alongside love, stands as one of the most potent energies in existence. When you express thankfulness for your blessings, this energy radiates outward, attracting similar energies back to you. An Illustrative Experience

When my temporary assignment concluded, I requested the agency to secure another role for me. After not hearing back, I followed up, only to be met with surprise from the recruiter, which frustrated me greatly. I vented my frustration to anyone who would listen.

Did this approach yield results? No; instead, it led to the agency withholding further assignments and ignoring my calls. While karma may address their actions, I learned a valuable lesson from this experience: it was a test from Spirit, assessing my growth.

After a few days of reflection, I recognized the lesson and began expressing love and gratitude for the 12.5 years I spent with them. I practiced Ho’oponopono for two days to regain my equilibrium and return to a state of self-love and appreciation. Ultimately, the Universe granted me what I had been seeking—time to focus on my writing projects.

Before jumping to conclusions, pause to consider whether you have been asking the Universe for something. The response may not always align with your expectations. Spirit consistently seeks opportunities for us to learn and grow gracefully through love and gratitude.

Thus, to the Universe, I express my thanks, love, apologies, and requests for forgiveness. I commit to maintaining gratitude for my home, financial resources, sustenance, clothing, and transportation. These simple acknowledgments elevate my vibration and foster appreciation for life, as well as kindness toward myself and supportive friends.

Will I face similar challenges again? Possibly. However, I hope to respond more quickly and effectively next time, swiftly returning to a mindset of love and gratitude.
