Imagine rising at the crack of dawn, embarking on a series of activities: meditating, journaling, exercising, taking a cold plunge, reading, strolling, and ultimately, nurturing a business aimed at generating $100,000 a month. The hustle culture has permeated our lives, dictating that this regimented routine is the only pathway to extraordinary success. If you fail to adhere to it, you risk regret.
This creates immense pressure.
At just 21 years old, I’m enrolled in a prestigious university, entirely funded by scholarships. Nevertheless, I often feel as though I’m lagging behind and not accomplishing enough. I worry about my financial status, my intellect, and my social circle… it’s almost unbelievable that life isn’t flawless at my age, isn’t it?
The truth is, perfection is an unattainable ideal, and that’s perfectly acceptable.
What truly holds significance? Happiness.

The advocates of hustle are correct; you only live once, so don’t squander it chasing someone else’s aspirations or blueprint.
I’ve always placed high expectations on myself, yearning for perfection and for everything to align seamlessly. This mindset has proven to be a path to misery. I’m grateful to realize this at 21 rather than waiting until I’m 75.
It’s disheartening that many in our younger generations feel compelled to conform at such an early age, instead of embracing the joys of childhood.
Go out, ride bikes with friends, or engage in playful antics!
This is becoming more of a vent session...
Just prioritize your happiness! Engage in activities that bring you joy and surround yourself with uplifting individuals. Negative friendships can be exhausting and can drain your positivity.
Ultimately, your happiness is what truly matters.
Let go and smile!
