However, on challenging days, the same backpack can feel burdensome, filled with doubts and fears that transform those notes into heavy bricks. This weight can halt your progress and disrupt the flow of energy, causing a disconnect from the Universe and from others. Let’s embark on a journey of self-discovery to minimize those difficult days.

We’ll explore the forest of self-worth, gathering tokens that represent our unique abilities and qualities to cross the bridge into self-confidence. By the end of our adventure, we’ll have jars filled with love and kindness to carry home. Ready to begin? (I think I might have enjoyed this journey more than my children did!)
