I aim to expand on this concept and delve deeper into its significance. A mentor from the Free Beings and Spiritual Warriors Academy articulated that a life structured around consistent, quality actions and beliefs fosters a wholesome existence brimming with well-being.

Across various planets and dimensions of Intelligent Thoughtform Reality, this "designed life" manifests uniquely. Each extraterrestrial or planetary Avatar expresses reality differently, which shapes their experience of thriving.

In our current existence, our bodies are finely attuned to specific patterns etched in our Divine Blueprint. We react intensely to stimuli, leading to attachments and dependencies. We often find ourselves captivated by objects, bodily sensations, and incessant mental chatter.

A primary challenge we face is our inability to engage in disciplined, repetitive actions that cultivate character, stability, respect for ourselves, the planet, and others.

Engaging in activities like meditation and mindfulness allows us to focus our thoughts on tranquility and clarity, calming our emotions so we can respond to life positively.

These repetitive actions that foster a wholesome life will align with the support of our programmed reality, extraterrestrial guides, and personal Creator.

To establish and maintain a wholesome life, mentorship from wise individuals is crucial, as well as identifying role models that embody the life you wish to create.

Before embarking on this journey, it’s essential to eliminate the negative influences from our lineage and ancestral voices. These entities often invade our thoughts and manipulate our emotions, frequently appearing in our dreams. Many of these dreams reinforce feelings of victimization, fear, and addiction.

I have created videos and articles on utilizing the Sacred Fire to purify our astral lives and establish a protective sphere around ourselves and our surroundings. It is necessary to cleanse our lineage daily until it is clear, reinforce our protective sphere consistently, and frequently meditate in the Sacred Fire. These repetitive actions help eliminate negativity and elevate our Consciousness to higher frequencies.

The first video, "A Wholesome Self-Care Day," addresses recognizing and overcoming burnout, offering practical tips for self-care and emotional rejuvenation.

As we remove the weeds from our lives, we must also cultivate beautiful flowers, wholesome fruits, and vegetables in our minds, bodies, and environments.

These endeavors will require mentorship and examples to guide us toward what is genuinely good for our well-being.

Wholesome living is certainly NOT about indulging in bars, excessive drinking, drugs, gambling, violent media, or engaging in self-destructive emotional behaviors. It also includes avoiding negativity, anger, blame, and fixation on trivial thoughts.

I recommend adopting a couple of meditation and mindfulness techniques for a wholesome life and practicing them regularly. Each technique serves a distinct purpose but is essential for personal growth.

Moreover, it’s crucial to divert your attention from unproductive videos, films, social media, and other external distractions. Choose a streaming service that prioritizes wholesome content over negativity, polarization, and violence.

If you don’t select a platform that offers more positive than negative content, you risk becoming complacent, engaging in detrimental behaviors, and consuming degrading media. I personally prefer Amazon Prime and Frndly TV for their wholesome selections.

While conflict is inherent in many films and shows, it’s important to ensure there is a moral resolution where humanity redeems itself. I suggest limiting your viewership to PG-14 rated content and avoiding R-rated films.

While this may seem trivial, consider it a diet for your mind. Focus on nurturing good thoughts—watch Hallmark movies or G-rated shows that promote cooking, home improvement, travel, and light-hearted storytelling. The History Channel is also a favorite of mine, especially for shows on ancient aliens and the paranormal.

Over time, as you deprogram negativity from your life, you’ll find yourself drawn to more wholesome programming.

Social media offers little value; I recommend staying away or strictly managing your feed to remove unwanted influences.

In relationships, take your time. It’s crucial to avoid situations that attract negative individuals. For socializing, consider these suggestions:

Attend events where you feel comfortable, ensuring the atmosphere is generally positive. Wholesome activities for connecting with good people might include local college sports events, running or biking clubs, yoga sessions, art classes, and community festivals.

Choose a work environment that fosters happiness and enjoyment. If you encounter troubling individuals, consider relocating within your organization or seeking new employment. Your peace and happiness at work should take precedence.

Surround yourself with uplifting environments and people. Then, REPEAT.

Keep practicing these positive habits and engaging in enriching activities. The programmed reality and the universal Consciousness will support you.

Life desires to Thrive, Nourish, and Multiply those qualities. It will assist those who create consistent patterns that are wholesome and beneficial.
