Life manifests in various forms, with curiosity as the primary goal of our existence.
Greetings, Medium Community,
Embrace a life free from complaints. Complaints and desires do not define you. You exist beyond the limitations of holding onto grievances and aspirations—always fulfilled and whole.
Even the mind that harbors complaints does not elicit any feelings of dissatisfaction. Similarly, the mind filled with desires does not inspire a wish to eliminate those desires.
Take a moment to absorb these ideas. Read them thoughtfully.
At this very moment, something is awake within you. There is an aliveness, an awareness.
Feel that presence.
This essence is not distinct from who I am; it is intrinsically connected to my being, for I am awake.
I am alive.
I am aware.
Pause and allow yourself to feel this.
What is this "I" that exists?
What is it that perceives the current experience unfolding before you?
Connect with that "I" that is conscious and aware.
Recognize that which understands its own existence.
Experience what it means to possess consciousness.
There’s no need to articulate it.
Just feel it.
Perceive it.
Cherish this simple act of awareness.
Let it become the foundation of your spiritual journey.
Do not stress over maintaining this state or achieving it constantly.
Simply remember to notice it whenever you can.
To encourage this remembrance to occur more naturally, even amidst the chaos of daily life, dedicate a portion of your day to this awareness.
Set aside time each morning and evening—15 minutes will suffice—to sit quietly, close your eyes, and embrace this waking essence, this "I" that is aware.
Watch as this self-awareness blossoms.
Allow whatever arises to come forth.
If you can train your mind to find contentment regardless of your possessions or circumstances, and if you can endure the challenges life presents while remaining composed, then you have discovered true happiness.
