5-Minute Daily Routine for Success
Minute 1: Craft Your Success Vision.
Write a brief narrative about achieving success in a specific area of your life. Outline key points that summarize this vision and embellish it with vivid details.
Minute 2: Reflect on Your Supporters.
Think about someone who cherishes and admires you. Visualize how they see you, noting the qualities they appreciate. Jot down these attributes.
Minute 3: Mirror Work.
Find a mirror and gaze into your own eyes. Begin to perceive yourself through the lens of the person you considered earlier. Shower yourself with compliments until the minute concludes.
Minute 4: Recall Joyful Memories.
Reflect on past experiences where you felt vibrant and successful. Immerse yourself in these memories, enhancing the colors, sounds, and emotions associated with them. Describe these feelings vividly.
Minute 5: Identify Inspired Actions.
List actionable steps, whether large or small, that you can take within the next 24 hours to progress toward your goals. What is the next logical move you can make? Commit to these actions.
Bonus Exercise:
Think of an upcoming event that causes you anxiety. Using insights gained from the previous exercises, visualize this situation unfolding perfectly. Detail what that would look like in writing.
As you approach this event, read your visualization just before sleep and upon waking.
