For those just starting in sales, it can seem overwhelming. I've witnessed new coaches feeling anxious about selling their services. It’s completely natural to feel apprehensive when embarking on a new journey. As a coach, you're likely assisting your clients in overcoming their own fears, correct? The remedy to these fears lies in self-belief.

When you have faith in yourself and the universe, you develop trust in what you are doing and what you are creating. This is essential for building your confidence in sales.

Reframing Your Perspective on Selling

Think back to a time when a friend sought your advice on a doctor or a movie recommendation. Remember the enthusiasm you felt in making those suggestions? This is akin to selling. What if we viewed selling as simply helping those we care about find what they need?

Without a strong belief in yourself, you may find yourself recommending anything but your own coaching services.

Building Authentic Self-Belief

To cultivate genuine self-belief and confidence, it’s vital to distinguish between your emotions and the facts.

Create a dedicated folder for all feedback and testimonials from clients. Review this folder regularly to remind yourself of your strengths as a coach. Authenticity is crucial; don’t resort to "faking it until you make it."

Be honest and transparent with yourself and your clients. Remember, even coaches have off days, but it's important to show up regardless. When you witness your clients achieving success with your guidance, why wouldn't you want to share your services with more individuals?
